Philadelphia cheese, Mascarpone cheese, Whipped cream, Icing Sugar, Butter, Digestive cookies, Fresh mint and Blueberry(for garnishing).
1- Take a pan and make the base with crushed digestive cookies and butter.
2- Mix the Philadelphia cheese, Mascarpone cheese, Gelatin, Icing sugar, Full cream proportionately. After beating properly, pour the mixture into the pan. Let it set in the refrigerator.
3- Once the cake is ready, garnish it as you wish.
