The Vegetarian version of Ravioli. This dish, typically coming from the North of Italy, it’s made in small pieces with flatted pasta filled with Potatoes, Gorgonzola Cheese, Parmesan and Black Pepper. An unmistakable full flavor which is perfect for Vegetarian or simply Cheese Lovers.
This dish can be served along with Pomodoro and Basilico Sauce, Arrabbiata Sauce, Bolognese Sauce, Pesto and Butter and Parmesan Sauce, topped with some Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese.

1- fill up a big pot with high edges plenty of salted water and bring to boiling
2- throw the pasta inside the pot and cook it for about 5 to 7 minutes according to your personal taste
3- drain the Agnolotti and mix it with your favourite sauce
– 1L of water every 100 gr of Agnolotti
– 10 gr of salt per 1Lt of Water
