We are happy to introduce another version of Ravioli (Actually the original one!!!). This time we’ve made them bigger 😉
Almost everybody knows what Ravioli are and how they are made, but for those who don’t it (whose we will forgive…) here a little introduction: Ravioli are a type of dumpling composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough. They originated as a traditional food in Italian cuisine. Our version is squared, big and filled with Spinach and homemade Mascarpone Cheese. You can have them with one of our homemade sauce, but here at The Italian Kitchen we prefer them with Tomato and Basil sauce and a spread of Parmesan Cheese.
